So the New Year brought about a new issue for me. Liver problems. I have done alot of research. Come to find out I should have taken organic eating more seriously. And so I am. I even have discovered that make-up, lotions, shampoos, etc are just as bad for your liver. It soaks right into your system and it is all processed through you liver. Luckily I had already discovered Lemongrass products. Organic, non-toxic, and gluten free. All very good.
So I will be doing much writing on what I eat and use now. Maybe even review some stuff.
So far my basic diet has consisted of organic fruits, veggies, fish, chicken. I don’t do dairy. I use almond milk when needed. I have increase my intake of lemon juice whether in my water or decaf tea. I drink dandelion tea too. Helps clean my liver alot. I do red potatoes only. Replaced butter and margarine with extra virgin olive oil. My breakfast is organic oatmeal with organic apples and organic light brown sugar. I have backed off coffee for now till I find something that doesn’t upset my system. That is something I am researching still.
I do essential oils. But make sure they are oils that are not toxic to my system. It’s true that oils can be bad for you and you need to research the brands well.
Its all about taking care of my body. God has even said we are responsible for taking care of this body and I admit I have not done so well.
